Welcome to the Orthodox Jewish Community of Hyde Park!
Yavneh of Hyde Park is the Orthodox Jewish community at the University of Chicago. With members across the observant spectrum and of all political stripes, we are a flourishing community of close friendships and sincere intellectualism. We have minyan every day, Torah learning opportunities throughout the week, and cater to all aspects of Jewish life in between. Yavneh also hosts minyanim and meals for Shabbat and holidays, with delicious food and beautiful zmirot. We can't wait to have you join us!
