Housing and dining
Students generally live in dorms and eat in dining halls until their third year, when most Yavneh members move into off campus apartments, living together and keeping kosher kitchens. Third and fourth years frequently host events for the community their apartments, creating a close-knit environment. First and second years, meanwhile, can easily participate in house culture; Orthodox students live in all seven residence halls. Housing provides Shabbat keys, and hot kosher food is available in all four dining halls.
